Just a few months after the relentless bombings in Belgrade, it was 1999—a year etched into living memory. My husband and I decided to escape the chaos by camping near the outskirts of the city, where nature still thrived: lush trees, vibrant grass, and the invigorating scent of fresh air. It was a peaceful retreat, until suddenly everything changed. I awoke to an unsettling silence and realized my husband was gone. Panic set in as I sprinted through the forest, my heart pounding. I had to find him—hope was all I clung to. As I searched, a chilling sight appeared: standing before me was Siren Head, a tall, twisted figure with ominous siren-like protrusions where its head should be. Was this some secret military experiment gone wrong, or a bizarre mutation from the depths of nature’s dark corners? Faced with this nightmare, I knew I had no choice but to fight. I had to confront and eliminate this monstrosity to survive.
